Return & Refund Policy
At Hiksemistore.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at our customer support number or support@hiksemistore.pk. Note, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, replacements will be delivered with free shipping.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and make a clear video of the unboxing. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or damaged products
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
