Deliveries of parcels are executed during the time frame of 09:00 to 19:00, commencing on Mondays and extending through Saturdays. There are no shipments made on Sundays and during public holidays.

What is the estimated time frame for the delivery of my order?

We endeavor to ensure prompt delivery of your order within the timeframe of 2-5 business days, though delivery may vary during sale periods.

It should be noted that Hiksemi Pakistan bears no responsibility for any interruptions or losses associated with transportation, such as delayed shipping or unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, the recipient's unavailability or inaccessibility, incorrectly addressed orders, adverse weather conditions, and numerous other factors. In such circumstances, diligent efforts will be exerted to notify customers of any resultant delay and the corresponding projected date of delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

As a consequence of the escalation in fuel costs, a delivery surcharge of Rs. 290 will be imposed on all orders.

Is the provision of identification mandatory upon receipt of the package?

Negative, the delivery document must be endorsed by the authorized and intended recipient upon the delivery of the package.

In the context of receiving a delivery, what course of action is recommended?

All Hiksemi & Monster products are hermetically sealed at the warehouse prior to their distribution to the end-consumer. Upon reception, it is advisable to assess the external condition of the package or box in order to identify any indications of potential harm, such as signs of physical damage or instances of tampering during transit. It is kindly requested that should any concerns arise regarding the state of the shipment, refrain from signing or acknowledging acceptance. Alternatively, kindly return the package to the assigned courier, and we will expeditiously arrange for a prompt replacement of the said items within a few business days.

It is recommended for customers to record a video during the process of unwrapping and unboxing their product upon receiving the delivery packaging. The stated video is intended to serve as evidentiary documentation in the event that a customer receives items that are incomplete or damaged.

Customers are entitled to request a refund for damaged goods, contingent upon satisfying the condition of furnishing requisite video evidence.

"The reimbursement of shipping costs is not applicable and therefore, considered non-refundable."

In the instance where video evidence is not furnished, or the video in question is recorded subsequent to the unboxing of the product, the customer shall not have the privilege of receiving a reimbursement.

In the event that the product found within the package appears to have been tampered with or is found to be missing upon opening, it is advised that the customer contacts the Hiksemistore.pk Customer Service team at 0309-444-3485 within a period of 24 hours from receipt of the shipment.

Is it possible to amend the delivery address?

After the placement of an order, alteration of the designated delivery location is not possible. One must rescind the initial order and proceed to re-purchase the desired product with the appropriate delivery address. The reimbursements for previously made payments will be administered in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions for refunds.
